July 2013, at the 3rd First General Assembly of Statistical Society for Foreign Economic Relations and Trade of Shenzhen (hereinafter referred to as SSFET), Ms. Sun Tianlu was selected as Chairman and SSFET officially resumed operations.

January2014,SSFET began serving member corporations.

January2014,SSFET conducted academic research on Trade in Services. 

May22,2015,SSFET held the first road show on behalf of the Economic, 

Trade and Information Commission of Shenzhen Municipality regarding industries of aerospace,

 robotics and smart equipment.

September11,2015,under the guidance of Shenzhen Non-Governmental Organization CCP Committee, SSFET established the Communist Party of SSFET Branch.

September18-20,2015,the early version of ZJS AKA "SSFET Small Class " was being participated in the fourth China Charity Project Exchange Exhibition. ZJS enterprise comprehensive service platform has officially started operations.

December22,2015,the first board of directors was elected duringShenzhen Outbound Alliance first general Assembly. Mr. Wang Chuanfu, chairman of BYD Co., Ltd., was elected as the first president and Sun Tianlu, the President of SSFET was elected as the first vice president and secretary general.

February25,2016,with the support of Economic, Trade and Information Commission of Shenzhen Municipality and Civil Affairs Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, Shenzhen Outbound Alliance (hereinafter referred to as SOA) was formally established.

April8,2016,the 2016 Shenzhen Outbound Summit organized by SOA was successfully held in Shenzhen Wuzhou Hotel. SOA was formally announced and unveiled. Mr. Chen Biao, the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government served as Deputy Mayor and foreign embassies representatives in Guangdong, well-known companies and relevant government agencies of nearly 400 people witnessed the ceremony.

July15,2016,HI-TECH SMES Growth Forum organized by SOA was held. Baoan District, Shenzhen Municipal Committee District Secretary now Deputy Mayor of Shenzhen Municipal Government Mr. Huang Min and other guests attended the meeting. 

September12,2016,the China (Shenzhen)-Germany (Munich) Economic and Trade Cooperation Conference hosted by SOA was held in Munich, Germany. Dr. John Shakhtner, Head of the Department of Internationalization and Industry of the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Ms. Mao Jingqiu, Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Munich, Mr. Xu Qin, the then Mayor of the People’s Government of Shenzhen City, now Governor of Hebei Provincial Government attended the meeting.

November11,2016,SSFET held the first Technology & Innovation Road Show at the Point-line Space Professional Service Exchange Centre owned by Futian Enterprises Service Centre of Shenzhen.

January1,2017,SSFET officially became the operating agency of Point-line Space Professional Exchange Centre, and officially settled the ZJS projects in Point-line Space.

February2017,SSFET officially joined UN-ESCAP Trade Policy Department Asia-Pacific Trade Research and Training Network (ARTNeT).

May26,2017,International Production Capacity Cooperation Conference 2017 was successfully organised by SOA. Mr. Gao Yuyue, deputy secretary-general of Shenzhen Municipal People's Government now deputy secretary-general of Guangzhou Municipal People's Government, and Mr. Jonathan Wong, regional head of ESCAP for Science, Technology and Innovation and other important guests attended the meeting.

August 3-5, 2017, International Consumer Electronics Expo Indonesian was successfully held by SOA at Indonesia International Exhibition Centre in Jakarta.

August 17,2017,SOA hosted the China (Shenzhen)-Thailand (Bangkok) Economic and Trade Cooperation Promotion Fair in Bangkok, Thailand. The minister of Thailand’s National Digital Economic and Social Committee, Dr. Pace Dulongkawei, Mr. Gao Yuyue, Deputy Secretary-General of Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government now deputy secretary-general of Guangzhou Municipal People's Government and other guests attended the meeting.

November21,2017,African Branch of SOA was formally unveiled at the China (Shenzhen)-Ethiopia Production Capacity Cooperation Conference which was solemnly convened in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

November 23-25, 2017, SOA hosted “ICEES 2017” at Sandton Conference Centre in   Johannesburg, South Africa. 

  December7,2017,the 1st Meeting of the 4th General Assembly and General Election Meeting of SSFET was successfully held. The Assembly selected new members of the leadership team. Ms. Sun Tianlu was re-elected as the new chairman.

December7,2017,the 2017 Point-Line Space Annual Celebration and One Belt One Road New Economic Development Forum hosted by SSFET was successfully held.

December18,2017,the third (enlarged) meeting of the first council of SOA was successfully held in Shenzhen National Gene Bank.

April 12-14,2018,U.N. Under-Secretary-General Dr. Shamshad Akhtar Visited Shenzhen，accompanied by representatives of SSFET, SOA and ZJS.

May 29,2018,the Fourth Meeting of the First General Assembly of SOA was successfully held. Ms. Sun Tianlu was appointed as Executive Chairman.

May 29,2018,Shenzhen Outbound Summit and One Belt One Road The Greater Bay Area Innovation Development Conference was successfully held by SOA.

June 9, 2018, the 2018 Shenzhen (Pingshan)-Moscow Economic, Trade and Technology Cooperation Conference organized by SOA was successfully held.
